Travis Head has hit the fourth fastest century in IPL history. The Sunrisers Hyderabad opener bashed the Royal Challengers Bengaluru bowlers, hitting his maiden IPL hundred in just 39 balls. His inning consisted of 9 fours and 8 sixes, as he scored 84 of 100 runs in boundaries.
The hundred also proved to be the fastest by an SRH batter, beating David Warner‘s record (43 balls). The batter eventually got out on 102, having scored nearly 65% of the team’s total runs. His century will surely be remembered as one of the greatest in IPL and SRH’s history.
