Women’s Asia Cup

The Women’s Asia Cup is a cricket tournament for women’s national teams in Asia. The tournament is organised by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC), and it serves as a platform for women’s cricket teams from Asian countries to compete at the international level.

The Women’s Asia Cup includes teams such as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and others. The inaugural Women’s Asia Cup took place in 2004 in Colombo and Kandy, Sri Lanka. The 2020 edition was initially rescheduled to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but was later cancelled. The International Cricket Council (ICC) designates all matches in the Women’s Asia Cup with One Day International (ODI) or Twenty20 International (T20I) status.
