The Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 is an Indian domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament organized by the Karnataka State Cricket Association. It replaced the Karnataka Premier League in 2022. The league features six teams representing different zones within the state of Karnataka. The third edition of the Maharaja T20 Trophy has concluded, with Mysore Warriors coming out on top by beating Bengaluru Blasters by 45 runs in the final at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
Maharaja Trophy format
The teams compete in a round-robin format followed by knockout matches. A total of six teams participate in the Maharaja T20 Trophy: Hubli Tigers, Mysore Warriors, Kalyani Bengaluru Blasters, Gulbarga Mystics, Mangaluru Dragons, and Shivamogga Strikers. Hubli Tigers are the defending champions, while Mysore Warriors were the runners-up in the previous edition.
A total of 33 matches will be played throughout the Maharaja T20 Trophy. Each team will face each other twice in a double round-robin format during the group stages. The group stage will consist of 30 matches, followed by the Semi-Finals and the Final. The top four teams will advance to the Semi-Finals, and the winners of those matches will play in the Final.
