RCB bought her for a whopping 3.4 crores. The WPL has been path-breaking in many terms, one would be the amount of money women’s cricketers received in the league, which would have boosted their confidence. Smriti Mandhana

In the auction of the inaugural season of the WPL, Smriti Mandhana clinched the highest deal of Rs 3.40 crore by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). However, she did not performed to her potential as she scored just 149 runs in eight matches.

Ashleigh Gardner

Australian all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner was bought by Gujarat Titans at a price of 3.2 crore. She was the second highest bided player. In the WPL, she scored 204 runs including two fifties in eight matches. Gardner took 10 wickets with an economy of 9.21.

Nat Sciver-Brunt

Talented batter Nat Sciver-Brunt got a deal of 3.2 crore by Mumbai Indians (MI). The Australian batter was the second highest run-getter in WPL season 2023. She scored 332 runs with an average of 66.40 in 10 matches. Sciver-Brunt had taken 10 wickets with an economy of 7.12.

Deepti Sharma

Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma was signed by UP Warriorz at 2.6 crore in WPL 2023 auction. Deepti played nine matches and smashed 90 runs with an average of 12.85. She also took nine wickets at an economy of 8.87.

Jemimah Rodrigues

Jemimah Rodrigues is super fast in outfield, having most safest hands. She was bought by Delhi Capitals in 2.2 crore. In previous season, she struck 126 runs at an average of 25.20 in nine games.
