He hurled some harsh words at Harbhajan to unsettle him at the crease. Venkatesh Prasad vs Aamer Sohail

It was 1996 World Cup quarterfinals when Aamer Sohail and Venkatesh Prasad encounter in a heated banter. Back then, Pakistan often dominated India. Chasing a target of 287, Pakistan stunned the Indian crowd by racking up 84 runs in just 10 overs. After scoring a quick half-century, Sohail hit Prasad for a boundary and provocatively pointed his bat towards the boundary. In a thrilling turn of events, Prasad clean-bowled Sohail on the very next delivery and gave him a fiery send-off, laced with some choice words, effectively telling him to go home.

Ishant Sharma and Kamran Akmal

With 14 runs needed off 15 balls, tensions flared between Ishant Sharma and Kamran Akmal after the latter was beaten by a superb delivery from the Indian bowler. As Ishant followed through, he exchanged words with Akmal. The confrontation escalated, and the two went head-to-head, engaging in a heated verbal exchange. When the fan commented on Inzamam’s weight and referred to him as a “aaloo,” or potato, it irritated Inzamam. Inzamam lost control of his emotions and enraged into the fan. With a bat in hand, he moved to the stands and was about to hit the Indian fan before security intervened.
