Tilak Varma gets Special Message from Dewald Brevis ‘Some Shots gave me goosebumps’

I can just imagine how happy your parents and everyone must be," said Dewald Brevis to Tilak Varma.

Debutant Tilak Varma was impressive with the bat in the first T20I encounter played on Thursday in Trinidad. Despite his efforts with the bat, the Men in Blue failed to chase down a total of just 150 runs and lost the game by four runs. Meanwhile, Varma’s teammate from the Mumbai Indians camp, Dewald Brevis sent a very special message across his way. The South African congratulated Varma on his impressive debut and stated that some of the shots gave him goosebumps.

Despite Tilak’s excellence, team India failed to win the first T20I in Trinidad. To note, team India will take on the West Indies in the second T20I encounter to be played on July 6 (Sunday). The Men in Blue will want to make a strong comeback in the series while West Indies will look to extend their lead.
