Kris Srikkanth is celebrating his 64th birthday today. He was delighted when the ‘God’ of cricket Sachin Tendulkar wished him on social media. Srikkanth replied with admirable tweet.
Tendulkar wrote that Cheeka (Srikkanth’s nickname) was a livewire on the field and wished him to have a same energy throughout his life.
Srikkanth replied that he was pleasured to receive wishes from the ‘god’.
Notably, Master Blaster had made his debut in Srikkanth’s captaincy in November 1989 against Pakistan. Both were involved in some brilliant partnerships.
