Team India seniors gear up for IND vs NZ Tests

The prime focus for the India Cricket Team is Test cricket now. And with India keen on securing a third consecutive spot in the WTC Finals, the senior squad will now get their much needed break for 2 weeks. India recently clinched a stunning win over Bangladesh in just 2.5 days after rain washed off 2 days in Kanpur.

In the meantime, the BCCI Selection Committee has selected a rather young squad for the T20I series against the neighbours. But the main focus for Team India lies solely on red ball cricket. India will host the Kiwis for a 3-match Test series at home and then will play the much anticipated Border Gavaskar Trophy later this year.

India’s squad for T20Is: Suryakumar Yadav (c), Abhishek Sharma, Sanju Samson (wk), Rinku Singh, Hardik Pandya, Riyan Parag, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Shivam Dube, Washington Sundar, Ravi Bishnoi, Varun Chakaravarthy, JItesh Sharma (wk), Arshdeep Singh, Harshit Rana, Mayank Yadav
