Selecting the India Cricket Team is one of the most difficult tasks in the planet. Packed Middle order

India’s middle order is swarmed with talented players. This will result in players like Sanju Samson to miss out on a place in the Playing XI. India’s middle order is settled after the Men in Blue’s heroics in the IND vs BAN Warm-up clash. Hardik Pandya, Rishabh Pant, Shivam Dube and Ravindra Jadeja will fill in the slots from 5 to 8.

Despite coming at number 3 in the warm-up match, Rishabh Pant will come to bat at his preferred position of number 5. Rohit, Virat, Yashasvi and Suryakumar will comprise the top order.

T20 World Cup

Rishabh Pant would be the ideal player to come in as a left handed destructive batter. This will help India to enforce the right-left handed combination in the middle. At number 6, comes in Shivam Dube. The ace southpaw is also a hard hitter and his occasional bowling prowess will do wonders for India.

India’s two of the most able all-rounders Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja will fill in at 7 and 8. However, Pandya is likely to have a floater role as he can move up and down the order as and when required during the match.

No Place for Sanju Samson

The swarmed middle order will mean that there is no chance for Sanju Samson in the Playing XI. Team India’s middle order is already settled. And with the tournament starting, Rahul Dravid won’t he keen to make any such random changes to his already settled team combination.
