Shubman Gill to depart for USA on 24th May

The first batch of Indian players and staff will depart for USA on 24th May. The second batch of players will leave for USA after the conclusion of IPL 2024 finals. The first batch will consist of players from teams who will not make it to the top 4.
As for Gill, he will is not a part of 15-member squad. In fact, Shubman Gill will be a part of the traveling reserve. It remains to be seen if he gets a chance to feature in a game for the Men in Blue in the ICC T20 World Cup.
