T20 World Cup: Pat Cummins heads to Dubai after child birth – Australian pace ace Pat Cummins will join with the rest of his teammates in Dubai after departing for the gulf nation following the birth of his daughter. Cummins and fiancée Becky Boston gave birth to the couple’s first child last Friday evening. The Australian will now enter quarantine for six days in Dubai and will be available for the warm-up games.

T20 World Cup – Australia’s fast bowler and Kolkata Knight Riders star Pat Cummins posted an emotional video blog of the couple’s pregnancy journey to announce the arrival, from the moment Cummins learned he was to become a father through to his child Albie Boston Cummins’ arrival. Cummins, who opted out of the IPL 2021 due to his fiance’s pregnancy, shows the family in a joyful mood and revealed how they welcomed the baby boy home. Watch the video here:

T20 World Cup: Pat Cummins heads to Australia’s training camp in Dubai, after birth of his first child
As per cricket.com.au, Pat Cummins will depart for Dubai on Tuesday evening to link up with Australia’s T20 World Cup squad. The non-IPL members of Australia’s squad arrived in Dubai last Friday. Cummins, who will now enter a mandatory six-day quarantine will join alongside the IPL stars, will be available just before the first warm-up game against New Zealand on October 18.
T20 World Cup – Pat Cummins was last seen in action during the IPL 2021 Phase 1, playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders. He also missed Australia’s winter tours of the Caribbean and Bangladesh, as well as the second half of the IPL season after returning home. Cummins hasn’t had any match practice with the NSW Blues due to the lockdown imposed in Sydney. The 28-year-old’s most recent T20 game for Australia was in September 2020 against England.
