T20 World Cup: Vaughan terms England best team: Former England skipper Michael Vaughan has said that England is the best and most destructive team. He also predicted that only Pakistan can defeat England at this stage of the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

Both teams are moving forward in their destructive forms by winning all three games in the tournament so far. Pakistan has defeated India, New Zealand, and Afghanistan while England has claimed victory against West Indies, Bangladesh, and Australia.

“Now that is a message to the rest … England are the best team & most destructive … Whose going to stop them!?? Only #Pakistan look likely at this stage #T20WorldCup,” tweeted Michael Vaughan.

England beat Australia by eight wickets in their third game of the tournament. After stopping the Kangaroos for a below-par score of 125, England chased down the total with 50 balls to spare. Jos Butler hit a scintillating knock of 71* off 32 balls. Earlier, Chris Jordan and Chris Woakes took five wickets combined.

England have dominated the opposition in all the three games they have played so far. In the very first game, they bundled out the defending champions for a mere 55 runs. In the net two games, the English bowlers never allowed the opposition batters to settle and kept striking at regular intervals.

The Three Lions will be facing Sri Lanka and South Africa for their next two games in Sharjah. On the other hand, Pakistan will be going against Namibia and Scotland in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
