T20 World Cup: Here’s how you can book online tickets for T20 WC

T20 World Cup: Good news for fans, BCCI & ICC allow 70 per cent crowd at T20 WC in UAE

Step 1: Open the official website on your web browser — Click here

Step 2: Click on Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Oman tickets that you wish to book. Click on the venue where you want to watch the match.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page with the message: “Due to the high demand for tickets, you are currently placed in a queue for the event which will take place in Oman and UAE between 17 October and 14 November 2021. We appreciate your patience and hope to see you there.”

Step 8: Agree to terms and conditions

Step 9: Complete online payment and click on send tickets on SMS, the tickets will be also be sent via mail.

Step 10: Download the T20 World Cup ticket pass

T20 World Cup: Tickets are available for fans to watch the top 16 T20 teams in the world vying for the ultimate prize in the shortest format which gets underway in Muscat on October 17 and is set to conclude in the UAE on November 14. Moreover, Abu Dhabi has also introduced new socially distanced ‘pods’ of a maximum of 4 spectators on their east and west grass mounds. The Oman Cricket Academy has had a temporary infrastructure built to welcome 3,000 fans.

According to the statement, the ICC and event host BCCI has worked closely with host authorities to ensure fans can be welcomed in a safe environment and COVID 19 protocols will apply at all venues.

One of cricket’s biggest rivalries, India and Pakistan, will take place on 24 October in Dubai.
