Since then, Pandya has missed action. The current Mumbai Indians skipper is yet to return to Team India and likely to miss the opening phase of IPL 2024.

Rohit’s return means he will lead the Men in Blue in the T20 World Cup. On the other hand, Hardik Pandya will lead Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024. But Pandya’s availability in the opening phase of IPL will be a big doubt.
