“I do not think that these losing matches is a problem for India. They are phases, which comes and go. As long as one realises and pulls up their socks at the right time, it will be okay. I don’t think it is a worry,” Gaekwad told InsideSport.
“In a way, it is good that such things happened before the main event. So you are always more careful about it. You are also more prepared for unforeseen things. They will be conscious of where they lack, what needs to be done and so on and areas of improvement as well.”
