In what is a huge relief to India cricket team fans, Suryakumar Yadav clarified that he was ‘just tired’ and wasn’t injured in the game against SRH. The star batter looked in discomfort throughout his stay in the middle and struggled to run between the wickets, sparking a potential injury concern. However, SKY revealed that it was the first time since December 2023 that he had fielded for 20 overs and then batted and hence he felt tired.
No injury concerns for Suryakumar Yadav
“I have done this after a long time. I fielded for 20 overs and batted for 18 overs, only tired (nothing else to worry about.) I feel it was the need of the hour for me. I went out to bat, needed someone to bat till the end. I just enjoyed my time,” Suryakumar Yadav said at the post-match presentation.
