On Sunday, November 26, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) unveiled the lists of players they have retained and released in preparation for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 Auction scheduled for December 19. In the third trade of the season on Saturday, SRH released Mayank Dagar and acquired Shahbaz Ahmed from the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
SRH will go into the IPL 2024 Auction with 34 crores as they have released 6 players. The team had a lackluster performance in the previous season of IPL, managing only four victories in 14 matches and finishing at the bottom of the table in 2023. Despite this setback, the 2016 champions are determined to bounce back and return to their winning ways.
