‘Starbucks & chill: KS Bharat talks about his close bond with veteran Ravindra Jadeja

In a conversation with Ashwin, Bharat said that he usually talks about weather and other things with Ravindra Jadeja.

Youngster KS Bharat shares a good bond with veteran Ravindra Jadeja. Speaking with Ravichandran Ashwin in a video, the wicketkeeper-batter recently talked about his friendship with Jadeja. To note, both Bharat and Jadeja are currently in South Africa as they are gearing up for the upcoming IND vs SA Test series.

Tell us about your relationship with Ravindra Jadeja, asked Ravichandran Ashwin in his video. Replying to his question, Bharat said,” Nothing, We go out drink coffee (Starbucks) and then chill. We talk about weather and everything.

Hearing Bharat’s reply, Ashwin passed a cheeky comment, “So should we expect CSK to bid for you.” ‘That I don’t know,’ replied Bharat.

Earlier, KS Bharat replaced Ishan Kishan for the upcoming IND vs SA Test series after the left-handed batter decided to skip the red-ball series. India will take on South Africa in a two-match Test series commencing on Boxing Day (December 26). Rohit Sharma will be back in national colours as he will lead the side along with other seniors including Ashwin, Jadeja and co.
