In a joking banter, Dinesh Karthik has claimed that Naseer Hussain has stabbed him in the back. In a recent podcast, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter went on to disclose what happened last year ahead of the World Cup. It was all fun and games between Karthik and Hussain.

Dinesh Karthik goes on to recount the incident that took last year. The veteran keeper and batter is no longer in contention to make it to the squad for Team India. Karthik reveals how Naseer Hussain took his interview before the ODI World Cup and then went on to publish the story with the title “Where is Rishabh Pant?”

Nasser Hussain back stabbed Dinesh Karthik

The duo in a podcast for Sky Sports revealed the fun and games. The RCB batter went on on a long rant before claiming how Naseer backstabbed him. Though Karthik has donned himself in a new role in RCB, he also claimed that IPL 2024 will be his last IPL as he nears the end of his career.

Karthik last played for India in T20Is back in 2022 in the T20 World Cup. While Nasser continues to back Karthik, the player jokingly reveals how the former England star absolutely hates him. Karthik also claims that he has no chance in making it to the India squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2024.
