New Captain for Sri Lanka

Banking on Sri Lanka’s poor form in T20 World Cup, Wanindu Hasaranga decided to step down as the captain of the T20I squad. Just a week earlier, the ace-spinner decided to leave his spot as the skipper of the team. Hasaranga took the blame for his country’s loss for failing to reach the Super 8 of the ICC T20 World Cup.

And now on the other hand, Charith Asalanka has been selected as the new captain of the team. And now Asalanka will be ready to take on Team India for the upcoming 3 T20I matches.
