‘Speaks about something else’ Sreesanth claims Gambhir ignores Kohli question deliberately

‘Speaks about something else’ Sreesanth claims Gambhir ignores Kohli question deliberately

Gambhir and Sreesanth have both been involved in multiple fights throughout their careers.

After a vicious fight with Gautam Gambhir during an LLC (Legends League Cricket) match between the Gujarat Giants and the India Capitals, S Sreesanth criticised his former teammate while issuing a clarification. Sreesanth accused Gautam Gambhir of disrespecting his colleagues, reminding fans of how he acts when asked about Virat Kohli.

“What’s the point of representing people if you don’t respect your own colleagues?” said Sreesanth while talking about how Gambhir said some hurtful words to him during their on-field altercation.

“Even in live broadcasting while talking about Virat (Kohli), he never speaks about it. He speaks about something else”, the pacer said, reminding everyone about the two Delhi cricketers’ vicious fight in the IPL 2023 and how Gambhir disrespected Kohli by not answering questions asked about him due to his vendetta.

What happened between Gautam Gambhir and S Sreesanth?

The on-field clash between the two cricketing figures occurred after Gautam Gambhir hit S Sreesanth for a four and a six on consecutive deliveries. The pacer then retorted back with words instead of his bowling, and the confrontation intensified.

This clash adds another chapter to the history of on-field spats involving both Sreesanth and Gambhir, known for their short fuses. As the cricketing community reacts to this recent controversy, the incident serves as a reminder of the intense emotions that can surface in the heat of competition, even among former teammates.
