Suryakumar Yadav to miss out? – However, Suryakumar Yadav is likely to miss out. Mumbai Indians star batsman suffered a muscle injury. After being ruled out of IPL 2022, he is likely to miss the entire five-match T20 series against South Africa.
“His extent of the injury is a little serious and will need to rest. At this moment, it is unlikely that he will be available for selection for the South Africa series. And we don’t want to rush his return and risk aggravating the injury,” a member of the selection committee told InsideSport.
