Cricket Australia (CA) announced the complete list of nominations for the Big Bash (BBL) drafts. The Big Bash drafts list contains 432 men and 161 women from 30 nations throwing their hats in the ring for the upcoming BBL 2024. Several big players, including Alex Hales, Jofra Archer, Smriti Mandhana, Shamar Joseph, and Colin Munro, among others, are set to play in the upcoming Big Bash League.
Big Bash League 2024 pre signed players
The likes of Smriti Mandhana, Hayley Matthews, and Chamari Athapaththu are among the top players signed for WBBL 2024. For BBL 2024, the likes of Colin Munro, Ollie Pope, Akeal Hosein, and Sam Billings have been signed for the upcoming season.

BBL 2024 player draft on September 1
The draft for both leagues will take place this Sunday, September 1, in Melbourne. This year will be the third season the KFC BBL has held an overseas player draft, and the second for the Weber WBBL.
“The KFC BBL|14 and Weber WBBL|10 Drafts have attracted another outstanding pool of overseas players, ensuring an exciting Draft day awaits on Sunday,” Alistair Dobson, CA’s Executive General Manager of Big Bash Leagues, said in a statement.
“The nominations continue to grow in quality and quantity every year, emphasizing the Big Bash’s status as destinations of choice for players the world over.,” he added.
