Yadav has been a die hard fan of the former Australian legend and has seen him as an inspiration. Kuldeep, who emerged as one of India’s best spinners, has recently found himself in contention for a spot across all formats of the game.
Kuldeep Yadav pays tribute to Shane Warne
Kuldeep Yadav shared an emotional bond with Shane Warne and he revealed details of it during a show on Breakfast With Champions. The Indian spinner was heartbroken on hearing the demise of the legend.
“Shane Warne was my idol, and I had a very strong connection with him,” said Kuldeep during his visit to MCG.
“I still get emotional when I think about Warnie—it feels like I’ve lost someone from my family,” he added.
