Saurashtra will face Tamil Nadu in the second semi-final and will be eying to book a spot in the finals. They have had won the title in the 2007-08 edition of the tournament.

Chasing a low target of 151, Saurashtra faced two early blows in Vishvaraj Jadeja and Harvik Desai as both openers departed cheaply as Saurashtra’s score read 13/2 in the fifth over. Wicketkeeper batter Sheldon Jackson and Prerak Mankad then steadied the innings before Kerala enjoyed another success in the tenth over with Jackson departing at 15 off 22.
However, after that Saurashtra didn’t lose a single wicket and registered 7 wickets win as Prerak Mankad (77* off 72) and Arpit Vasavada (41* off 66) returned guided the side home.
Earlier, put in to bat, Vidarbha too had a shaky start as they lost three at the score of 9 runs. Atharva Taide, G Satish, & Yash Rathod could only manage 1 run each as Unadkat and Chetan Sakariya ripped apart Vidarbha’s top order.
Skipper Faiz Fazal managed to keep hold of one end but couldn’t convert his start into a big score and departed in the 21st over at the score of 23 as Vidarbha’s score read 66/5.
Apoorv Wankhede, however, played a much-needed valuable knock of 72 off 69 deliveries to help Vidarbha post 150 runs on the board but it wasn’t going to be enough for the opposition. Vidarbha finally folded up at 150/10 in 40.3 overs.
