While he initially faltered in the 1st innings, Sarfaraz set his records straight after a fine fifty against the visitors. The 26-year old hammered 10 fours to reach his fifty from just 67 balls. In the first India A match, Sarfaraz Khan scored a gritty 96.
While the fiery hitter is yet get his India Team call-up, his consistent performances will surely knock the doors on the selectors. As Sarfaraz continues to shine, the BCCI Selectors while have some time to ponder over their selection choices for the IND vs ENG Test series.

England Lions were on top of India A from the very first Day of the game. The visitors piled up 553/8 before declaring. India A on the other hand were bundled out on 227. England batted again and declared on 163/6, thereby setting a mammoth total of 489 for India to chase.
India started poorly after Eashwaran and Rajat Patidar fell sheaply. But Sai Sudharsan is unbeaten on a fifty. But it was SArfaraz Khan who stole the show for his impactful fifty. India needs 331 runs to win the match with 6 wickets remaining.
