Will Samson play 1st IND vs SL T20I?
Gautam Gambhir will have a tough choice to make between Sanju Samson and Rishabh Pant. Both are phenomenal wicket-keepers in their own right. However, it looks like only of these two will find a place in the starting XI in the opening T20I. Given the selection hierarchy, and Pant’s X-factor, the management is likely to go ahead with the Delhi Capitals captain. India tried Pant at number three at the T20 World Cup 2024 and are likely to continue with their winning combination.
