Visser unleashed a furious assault on the bowler in the 15th over of the Qualifier A match. The keeper-batter launched six towering sixes and to make matters worse for the bowler, three no-balls were also bowled.

The first three deliveries of the 15th over were smashed out of the park. Visser then cleared the boundary from the fourth legal delivery of the over. Even though the fifth delivery was a dot ball, the Samoa star made full use of the no-balls bowled as he smashed three more sixes. In the process, he also became the first batter from the country to score a century.

Visser’s onslaught helped Samoa pick up an important 10-run win over Vanuatu. The keeper-batter finished the game with a knock of 132 runs from just 62 deliveries, studded with 14 sixes.

Kieron Pollard (2021), Nicholas Pooran (2024), Dipendra Singh Airee (2024) and Rohit Sharma / Rinku Singh (2024) are some of the others to have amassed over 35 runs in one over in a T20 contest.
