Royal Challengers Bengaluru star Virat Kolhi has been fined 50% of his match fees. The batter has been penalized for breaching the Code of Conduct during KKR vs RCB match on Sunday at the Eden Gardens. Kohli was seen arguing with the umpires over his dismissal and was also seen knocking down a dustbin as he reached the team dugout after the controversial DRS call.

As per Cricbuzz, Kohli has been sanctioned for his outburst against the umpire at the game for making his displeasure known about his dismissal during RCB’s chase
The RCB opener was given out after being caught and bowled off a delivery that looked like it was above the waist height. On reviewing the decision, ball-tracking showed that the delivery would have been below waist height had he maintained his original stance.
