Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill shatter records, ecstatic fans claim ‘India’s future in safe hands

Gujarat Titans' Sai Sudarshan and Shubman Gill shut every critic's mouth by smashing the highest partnership against the five-time champions, Chennai Super Kings, in a do-or-die game. Check out the reactions that are taking X by storm after the Sai-Shu innings

Wow! That was an amazing partnership we saw as Gujarat Titans’ openers Sai Sudarshan and Shubman Gill went all guns blazing against the five-time champions. Both Sai and Shubman smashed CSK bowlers and registered a 210-run partnership amongst each other. Not just the partnership, but they also smashed centuries as well.

On one hand, Shubman Gill scored 104 runs in 55 balls with a strike rate of 189. People are questioning his strike rate, but he shuts everyone down. On the other hand, Sai Sudarshan also went all guns blazing and smashed his maiden hundred with a strike rate of 201.96.

After their innings in this do-or-die game, social media is filled with praise for their performances. Some are calling them generational talents, while others are saying India’s cricket is in safe hands. Let’s have a look at all the reactions that are taking X by storm, just like Sai-Shu’s innings.

Do or die for GT!

It is surely a do-or-die situation for the Gujarat Titans in IPL 2024, as they are in the 10th spot after 11 games, with 4 wins and 7 losses. If GT is looking to make an impact in IPL 2024 like they did in the last two seasons, they surely need to turn around. Looking at the playoff scenario, it is certainly a difficult situation for GT, as their chances are slim.

They have to win all the remaining games and rely on other teams results who are above them. With all these permutations and combinations, they might get somewhere close to the IPL playoff scenario, otherwise, things are surely not looking good for them.
