The India vs. Pakistan Champions Trophy match will be played on February 23 at the Dubai International Stadium. Ahead of the IND vs. PAK Champions Trophy, former players Shahid Afridi and Yuvraj Singh gave their take on the India vs. Pakistan rivalry, as the Pakistani veteran stated that both sides have been missing aggression in the recent past.
“Aaj kal ke players sab McDonalds, KFC wale hai (Today’s players are Mcdonalds, KFC generation)”, Afridi said when asked about aggression on Star Sports’ show.

After Afridi’s hilarious remarks, Yuvraj Singh was asked about the players fitness to which Yuvraj responded, “Aap fitness ke baare me baat na kare (It will be better if you don’t talk about fitness)“.
Yuvraj Singh also said: “India vs Pakistan relationship is like miya-biwi. In the morning they quarrel and in the evening they eat together.“

As stated above, the IND vs PAK Champions Trophy match will be played on February 23. Recently, during the inauguration of the renovated Gaddafi Stadium on Friday night, Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized that the real challenge for Pakistan is not just winning the ICC Champions Trophy, but also defeating arch-rivals India in Dubai. Sharif urged the players to give their best performance against India.
“We have a very good side and they have done well in recent times but the real task now is to not only win the Champions Trophy but also defeat our arch-rival, India in the upcoming match in Dubai. The entire nation stands behind them,” Sharif said.
