SA VS ENG ODI: England captain Jos Buttler and South Africa batter Rassie van der Dussen got into a heated argument that led to Van der Dussen appearing to swear at Buttler, for which Sky Sports was compelled to issue an apology. After failing to pick a googly from Adil Rashid, Van van Dussen inside-edged the ball onto his pad and up into the air. Van der Dussen blocked Buttler as he reached out to see where the ball had gone as he sought to take the catch. Van van Dussen said something that was not picked up on the stump mic when Buttler ran into him, and Buttler shoved him. Buttler said, “I’m trying to get to the ball.” Follow SA vs ENG LIVE updates with InsideSport.IN

“What’s your problem Rassie? It’s not all about you all the time.” After that, Van der Dussen retorted, “No, it’s about you.”
“I’m allowed to try and catch the ball,” added Buttler. “What do you want me to do?” The umpires then stepped in, with one of them yelling, “Okay, calm down!”

Van van Dussen then appeared to curse at Buttler as the exchange came to a end, which prompted Sky Sports presenter Ian Ward to apologise a short while afterwards.
Last season, Buttler and Van der Dussen played together for the IPL team Rajasthan Royals. When Van der Dussen eventually holed out off Rashid for a run per ball of 38, Buttler was heard jubilantly cheering after Moeen Ali made the catch.
Buttler earlier in the game hit an unbeaten 94 from 82 balls, which featured eight fours and three sixes, and came within six runs of his 11th ODI century. With 80 from 75 balls in just his second ODI, Harry Brook also made an impression.
As England struck 342-7 in their innings, Moeen Ali notched his first ODI fifty in more than five years, and Sam Curran chipped in with a quick-fire 28 off 17 balls towards the end.
