The 36-year-old is on the verge of piping MS Dhoni to come second on the list of Indian players with the most sixes in Test cricket as he is just 2 sixes away from it.

Rohit, who has hit 77 sixes in 88 innings, needs just 2 sixes to surpass MSD on the list.
Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag holds the record for hitting most sixes for India in the longest format with 90 sixes in 178 innings.

Notably, Rohit already holds the record for hitting the most sixes in international cricket. He surpassed Gayle’s record of 85 sixes during the World Cup campaign last month.
