Rishabh Pant’s comeback journey
A horrific car crash in December 2022 left Rishabh Pant out of action for nearly over a year. The star made his comeback to competitive cricket in IPL 2024 after undergoing a tough time recovering from the injury and rehabilitating at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. While he was a part of India’s T20 World Cup winning squad, he made his comeback to the longest format of the game as India’s first-choice keeper in the series against Bangladesh. Pant will be crucial for India’s upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against Australia where he will be hoping to replicate his heroics from 2021.
