Ruled out of IPL 2023 and most certainly the 2023 World Cup, Rishabh Pant is doing all he can to return to full fitness. Pant had earlier revealed that he underwent 3-4 physiotherapy sessions daily. Now his walking underwater is another sign that he is leaving no stone unturned in his recovery.
Underwater running and walking have often proven helpful for athletes, both in terms of fitness and injury recovery. It helps prevent further injuries and reduces the stress on the body. Similarly, it also increases the weight-bearing ability of the joints, crucial as Pant builds himself up to full fitness.
