Delhi Capitals (DC) skipper Rishabh Pant has received a fitness certificate from the NCA. This means the keeper-batter will make his comeback in the upcoming IPL 2024. Earlier, reports suggested that experts at NCA felt that Pant wasn’t match fit yet and hence the delay in the certificate.

As per Telegraph, Pant received the certificate a couple of days, a BCCI official said. The source added that the star would take more time to get back to his prime.
“Pant has got the clearance from the NCA and left two-three days back. He will take a little more time to be at his prime, but he certainly has shown good progress doing the batting and wicketkeeping drills. So, he should be available from the first round itself of the IPL,” the BCCI official said.
