Another report indicates that the star cricketer was pulled away from the vehicle by a bus driver who was the first person on the scene to arrive and intervene. The Bus driver revealed that Rishabh Pant was severely hurt and limping as a result of the accident. Sushil ran to the burning car to rescue Rishabh Pant by breaking the glass.

The chief minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami stated that his government will pay for Pant’s medical care entirely.
