In a record-breaking evening, Sunrisers Hyderabad sealed a 25-run win to move to 4th spot in Points Table. Dinesh Karthik fought a valiant battle but in vain as 549 runs were scored in the match.

RCB vs SRH, Match 30: A rampaging Sunrisers Hyderabad side has thrashed Royal Challengers Bengaluru by 25 runs in IPL 2024 match. That win also means RCB have now lost five matches in a row. But RCB did not go down without a fight. A 38-year-old Dinesh Karthik led the fightback with 35-ball 83 in a giant 288 chase. But in the end, RCB could manage 262/7 to fall 25 runs short. In total, a record 549 runs were scored.

Who won yesterday’s IPL match?

Sunrisers Hyderabad jumped to 4th place with a 25-run win over RCB in Bengaluru. SRH shattered the World Record for highest total in franchise cricket scoring 287/3 in 20 overs. Travis Head was the architect with 41-ball 102. Heinrich Klaasen joined the party with 31-ball 67 before Abdul Samad smashed 10-ball 37 to finish things off with 287/3.

Who lost yesterday’s IPL match?

Royal Challengers Bengaluru suffered their fifth consecutive loss. Opting to bowl on a batting paradise, things did not go as per their plans. Even though RCB made changes, dropping struggling Mohd Siraj and Glenn Maxwell to the bench, their three pacers conceded over 50 in four overs. In the end, SRH ran away with 287/3.
