Royal Challengers Bengaluru will be eyeing to return to winning ways after losing the previous game to Delhi Capitals. They will take on Sanju Samson-led RR at the Sawai Mansingh stadium in Jaipur at 3.30 PM on Saturday. RCB will be expected to make one change to their playing XI, probably benching Livingstone for Bethell.

6. | Jitesh Sharma | Batter |
7. | Krunal Pandya | All-rounder |

Bethell may get chance
Livingstone has featured in all five matches that RCB has played so far in IPL 2025. His returns aren’t that great, with a highest score of 54 and best figures of 2/28. Since RCB will want to bounce back after a loss against DC, they might consider replacing him with fellow Englishman – Jacob Bethell.
The England all-rounder, who showed promising signs with both bat and ball in the IND vs ENG series earlier this year, was bought by RCB for Rs 2.60 crore in the mega auction. However, he has warmed the bench so far in IPL 2025. It would be interesting to see if RCB would give him an opportunity against RR.
For the record he has 1127 runs and 11 wickets from 63 T20s.
Middle-order needs to be consistent
RCB’s middle-order have provided glimpses of their prowess so far in the IPL 2025, but haven’t done so consistently. The likes of Padikkal, Patidar and Jitesh would need to go all guns blazing against RR. Especially when the come face to face with the fiery Jofra Archer and dark horse Sandeep Sharma. Tim David has aced his role as finisher and must continue doing so to provide RCB the perfect finish.
