RCB to come to Jaipur for clash against RR
Both Rajasthan Royals and RCB are eager to bounce back after recent defeats. RCB suffered their second consecutive home loss to Delhi Capitals, while Rajasthan Royals experienced a 58-run defeat to Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur will host its first IPL 2025 match, with Rajasthan Royals returning from playing their previous home games in Guwahati.
Sanju Samson reflects on defeat against Gujarat Titans
Following the loss to Gujarat Titans, Sanju Samson acknowledged that losing his wicket for 41 was a crucial moment in their pursuit of 219 runs. Samson expressed that the team gave away extra runs and did not execute their plans as intended. “We gave away 15-20 runs extra in the bowling. When we needed momentum, we lost wickets. With Hettie, sixes and four kept coming. But I lost my wicket and that’s where we lost the game. The way Jofra started was good, he picked up Shubman’s wicket. Then we went off plan. We planned something but they executed something else.” he said.
