Musheer Khan has been hogging the limelight off late. After his antics in the U19 World Cup, the youngster has showcased his brilliance in Ranji Trophy. In fact the Mumbaikar went on to break the great Sachin Tendulkar’s record in Mumbai vs Vidharbha Ranji Trophy Finals.
The 19-year-old broke a 29 year record in the Ranji Final. He went on to become the youngest batter ever from Mumbai to hit a century in the finals of the Ranji. The previous record stood for 29 years with the great Sachin Tendulkar. The Indian legend hammered a stunning ton at the age of 21 years.

Mumbai needed a brilliant innings and the youngster delivered for his side. His elder brother, i.e Sarfaraz Khan was impressive in the IND vs ENG Test series.
What is even better for Musheer is that he did it in front of the great Sachin Tendulkar. The Master Blaster went to the iconic Wankhede to watch the Ranji Trophy Finals. Back in 1994-95, Sachin shone brightly with his majestic 140 run knock against Punjab.
Coming to Musheer, the young batter too like Sachin slammed his century at the Wankhede. Musheer took 255 deliveries to reach the three digit mark. He was ultimately dismissed by Harsh Dubey on 136.
