Hala Bol theme as teams returns back to hotel –
- After heroics in the Qualifier 2, the RR team returned back to the hotel late in the night as the hotel staff gathered to give them a hero’s welcome.
- Chefs along with backroom staff were seen cheering the return of the team with ‘Hala Bol’ theme, which has been asscciated with the team since the first season in 2008.
- Players like Shimron Hetmyer, Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal were seen passing through a guard of honour during their return to the hotel.
- Certain fans also stayed late night for the arrival of the team bus to get a little glimpse of the players as they prepare for the final showdown on Sunday.
Jos Buttler pays tribute to Shane Warne –
- Jos Buttler was seen showcasing superb piece of Individual brilliance as he guided RR home to make their first final in 14 years.
- In the post match, Jos was seen paying his tribute to Shane Warne who was the first and only RR skipper to guide the team to an IPL final, before yesterday night.
- “He is such an influential figure for the Rajasthan Royals and having led the team to success in that first season, we will miss him dearly, but we know he is looking down on us with a lot of pride today, were the words used by Jos as he was asked about the achievement.
- RR will now gear-up for their first IPL final appearance since 2008 as they try to imitate the success story of Shane Warne from that historic triumph.

Scenes of Jubilation in stands–
- While there was celebratory atmosphere all around the RR camp, one fan was seen doing pushups holding to the roof of the stands at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Friday evening.
- The video was posted by RR Twitter handle and went viral, where the pushups were part of the jubilant atmosphere.
- Coaching staff which included Lasith Malinga and Kumar Sangakara were also seen taking a big smile as their team made it to the final.
