Nepal road to T20 World Cup

This marks Nepal’s first T20 World Cup appearance since 2014. Their journey to this point has been a testament to their determination and resilience.

In 2023, they fought their way through the World Cup Asia Qualifier, defeating Singapore and Malaysia before overcoming a tough challenge from the UAE in the semi-final.

Although they fell short in the final against Oman, their performance secured their spot on the T20 World Cup stage.

USA: Making history as Co-Hosts

The USA will be making their debut in any World Cup format, riding the wave of excitement as co-hosts. Wicketkeeper-opener Monank Patel will lead the side, with Aaron Jones as his deputy.

They come into the tournament with recent momentum, having secured a 2-1 T20I series win against Bangladesh and a dominant 4-0 sweep over Canada.
