Shubman Gill’s struggle in T20Is
The star Indian opener, who enjoyed a stellar year in ODI and Test format, has failed to replicate the same skills in T20Is. Gill has played 13 T20Is so far and has scored 316 runs with an average of just over 27.
The 24-year-old, who is facing a stiff competition from Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ishan Kishan for the opening spot in T20 World Cup, has scored just one fifty in last 7 innings. This was Gill’s 8 single digit score in 13 T20Is.
