The IND vs SA ODI series, starting on December 17 at the Wanderers on Sunday, will have a new Indian coaching staff.
According to Cricbuzz, head coach Rahul Dravid along with other coaching staff will not be involved in any of the three ODIs, and will instead monitor the three-day practice match set to be played at Pretoria from December 20 to 22.
National Cricket Academy (NCA) staff, led by Sitanshu Kotak will take over the coaching responsibilities for the KL Rahul-led ODI squad.

Ajay Ratra be the fielding coach, and Rajib Dutta will take over the bowling coach duties.
Sitanshu Kotak is currently India A head coach as well as batting coach at the NCA. After Rahul Dravid became the head NCA in 2019, Kotak took over as the India A coach. He has earlier been with Team India on New Zealand and Ireland tours.
Rahul Dravid and Co. to monitor Team India’s Test preparations
The report has further claimed that Rahul Dravid and Co. will monitor Team India’s 3-day match and practice sessions leading up to the Test series.
The IND vs SA Test series will begin at Centurion from December 26. The second and final Test will be played at Newlands in Cape Town from January 3.
Notably, Team India is yet to win a Test series in the rainbow nation. In the tour to South Africa in 2021, the Men in Blue suffered a 2-1 series defeat.
