Chasing 160 to win against Warriorz, the skipper paced her innings superbly and scored an unbeaten 53 off just 33 balls. The right-hand batter’s blistering knock enabled a comfortable eight-wicket victory for Mumbai. The franchise registered the fourth straight victory and is currently the only unbeaten team in the WPL.
Another win in the next match against the Gujarat Giants will enable them to book a place in the semi-final. Mumbai Indians are managing to perform collectively well in the competition, and that is one of the catalysts behind their resounding victories in each of their four games.
