Mullanpur Stadium declared ‘no flying zone’ for IPL 2024 matches ahead of PBKS vs SRH clash

The PBKS vs SRH clash is set to be played at the Mullanpur Stadium on Tuesday from 7.30 PM IST

Ahead of PBKS vs SRH clash in IPL 2024, Mohali’s Deputy Commissioner, Aashika Jain, has designated the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium and its surrounding areas in Mullanpur as a ‘no flying zone’ on April 9, 13, 18, and 21 due to IPL 2024 matches. Under Section 144 of CrPC, formal orders have been issued, prohibiting any aerial activity during these specified dates.

The stadium, now Punjab Kings’ new home venue in the IPL, pays homage to Yadavindra Singh, who represented India in a solitary Test match in 1934, being the offspring of Maharaja of Patiala, Bhupendrasingh Rajendra Singh
