PSL Schedule out, Lahore Qalandars v Islamabad United begin tournament on 17th February

PSL schedule out, Star PCB's tournament slated to begin on 17th Feb featuring Lahore Qalandars v Islamabad United

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for Pakistan Super League (PSL). PSL 9 is slated to commence from 17th February. The opening match will feature Lahore Qalandars v Islamabad United at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The final will take place in Karachi on 18th March. Overall, the tournament will be spread across 4 cities, Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi.

A total of 34 matches will be held across the tournament. Karachi will feature 11 matches, Lahore and Rawalpindi will host 9 matches, while Multan will host the remaining 5 matches.

“We are thrilled to announce that the HBL Pakistan Super League’s ninth edition is set to kick off on February 17, showcasing the best of T20 cricket in four cities across Pakistan. The decision to host the marquee event across these cities is a testament to our commitment to bring top-notch cricket to fans across the country,” said Zaka Ashraf.

“Believe that hosting matches in these venues not only adds to the excitement for fans but also promotes cricket at the grassroots level. As we gear up for this spectacular event, we look forward to witnessing thrilling action and creating unforgettable moments for cricket enthusiasts worldwide,” Ashraf concluded.
