The right-hand batter shared the story on Instagram expressing happiness to play three exhibition matches in Rawalpindi. After going unsold in the Women’s Premier League auction, PCB roped in Wyatt for PSL Women’s League. PSL 2023 Women’s League: Danni Wyatt and nine other foreign players set to light up PSL Women’s League
Apart from Wyatt, nine other foreign players will be taking part in PSL Women’s League. Tammy Beaumont, Lauren Winfield-Hill, Laura Wolvaardt, Maia Bouchier, Chamari Atapaththu, Jahanara Alam, Lea Tahuhu, Laura Delany, and Tess Flintoff are the players roped in for the historic PSL Women’s League. Three exhibition matches will be played on March 8, 10, and 11.
Nida Dar will captain Super Women, while Bismah Maroof will be leading Amazon. PCB have started Women’s League to not only empower women but also unearth a few exciting young talents in the country, just like India are doing with WPL.
Speaking on this occasion, Head of Women’s Cricket Tania Mallick said: “I am thrilled and excited that the exhibition matches for the Women’s League are taking place. These exhibition matches provide exposure to our players to exhibit their talent and play at their best.
“When you play a league with foreign players it provides the local players an opportunity to know about their skill level and it also motivates the players to improve their game.
