Priceless: Hardik Pandya seen sweating it out at home ground in Baroda in social media video

Hardik is at Baroda at the moment, and on Saturday he was seen upping the ante on his road to recovery at his home ground.

Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya on Saturday posted went back to the very cricket ground in Baroda where his cricket journey started. In a video shared by the cricketer on social media, Hardik was seen undergoing various fitness drill in his home ground in Baroda. Additionally, Hardik also explained in the video why the ground holds a special place in his heart.

Hardik Pandya is on course to return from an ankle injury that he suffered during the group stages of the 2023 ODI World Cup. Since the injury, Hardik missed the T20 series against Australia and Afghanistan and the India’s tour of South Africa. He is also absent from the ongoing IND vs ENG Test series.

Hardik is at Baroda at the moment, and on Saturday he was seen upping the ante on his road to recovery at his home ground. In the video, which has a song of famous rapper Eminem in the background, Hardik is seen undergoing fitness drills as well as bowling on the nets.

“Good to be back at the place for improvement. I treat this (ground) as a temple because the amount of learnings I learnt on this ground, what it has taught me has been priceless. My journey started from this very ground 17 years ago so it’s good to be back,” Hardik is heard saying in the video.
